Any hazardous materials such as asbestos and biochemical waste. These types of waste require a special license and need to be handled with extreme care by a qualified bio-hazardous waste company.
To ensure our customers get a fair price, we use the pay-per-volume calculation method. This means you only pay for the exact amount of waste we take away, for example quarter-load, half-load etc.
Mattresses, refrigerators, paint, and engine oil all have a surcharge. These items require more steps or must be disposed of at a special facility, which means we incur additional costs by handling them.
No worries. We will inspect your rubbish upon arrival and let you know if the load will be larger than that which you received a quote for. You can then make an informed decision and pay the difference if you wish.
As long as we have access to where the rubbish is located (front yard, garden etc.) then there is no need for you to be present during collection. Your time is valuable and there's no need to waste it waiting around while we work unless absolutely necessary.
